RS Reloading Data Guide 2025

The Reload Swiss PDF Reloading Data Guide is the official printed-format reference manual for Reload Swiss (RS) propellants, produced by Nitrochemie, part of RUAG Ammotec. The guide provides pressure-tested load data for a wide range of rifle and handgun calibers using Reload Swiss powders such as RS20, RS24, RS40, RS50, RS52, RS60, RS62, RS70, and RS76.

The PDF guide is structured in traditional handbook format, organized by caliber. For each cartridge, it lists tested bullet weights, corresponding powder types, minimum and maximum charge weights, muzzle velocities, and measured chamber pressures. It also specifies the cartridge overall length (COAL) and barrel length used during testing. All data is developed according to CIP standards, making it particularly relevant for European reloaders.

Compared to the online database, the PDF guide offers a static snapshot of the available data at the time of publication. While it does not include dynamic filtering or search functionality, it provides a consolidated, printable reference that many reloaders prefer for workshop use.
